About the position
The Product Manager for Aravo Solutions will play a crucial role in transforming the company into a product-led, agile organization. This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for innovation, with a focus on driving product success within the SaaS platform. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, release plans, and execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring that the platform meets market demands and enhances customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive product roadmap development and prioritization based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
- Instill a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and customer obsession.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
- Work with the User Experience team to define and execute user research initiatives.
- Leverage customer insights to create detailed requirements that drive product innovation.
- Help lead the transition to a product-led organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the product team.
- Define and execute A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize product performance.
- Identify and pursue new product opportunities to drive growth and market leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience with engineering teams and customers
- Proven track record of delivering B2B SaaS products
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for product decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Productboard

- Curious about new technologies and their practical application
- Experience implementing AI solutions in a SaaS environment
- Experience with low-code, no-code platforms
