About the position

The Executive Director, Sales Process Optimization Product Manager will lead initiatives to enhance client service and drive market share growth within the Digital Client Relationship Management Product Team at JPMorgan Chase. This role focuses on assessing and improving sales processes, implementing automation solutions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution of strategies aimed at optimizing sales operations in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in sales processes and practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes.
  • Propose and prioritize process changes to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.

  • Work with IT and development teams to design and implement automation solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to support sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales process optimization, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Experience with automation technologies and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
