The Search Ads team, part of the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative product solutions for TikTok Search Monetization. As TikTok's search capabilities grow, we aim to revolutionize how users discover and engage with content, making TikTok the preferred search engine for Gen Z and beyond. This role involves leading product development for various search ad formats, including product shopping ads, video shopping ads, and live shopping ads. In this position, you will deeply understand advertiser needs, analyze market trends and competitors, and design products that enhance customer ROI and satisfaction. You will also need to have a strong grasp of the bidding and auction system, iterating strategies to improve system efficiency. Collaboration is key, as you will work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, product marketing managers, and other partners to ensure successful product development and go-to-market efforts. Your role will also involve evolving processes and resources to improve delivery speed and quality, ultimately being responsible for achieving the business goals set for the product.
