This position involves formulating and implementing a global evaluation plan that combines various evaluation and research data to help the product development team understand user needs and optimize user experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating relevant evaluation and research plan documents tailored to different product functions, content, and strategies. You will collaborate closely with the international operation team to ensure the global implementation of the research and evaluation plan, while also formulating monitoring and checking plans to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of evaluation report deliveries. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you assess user needs and satisfaction based on evaluation reports, user research, and objective data, allowing you to make informed judgments about the strengths and weaknesses of search products and strategies, and provide optimization suggestions accordingly.
