About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) at Acuity Brands is responsible for leading and optimizing P2P processes and Treasury operations within the company's financial systems. This role focuses on integrating P2P processes with GEP Smart and Oracle ERP platforms, ensuring effective cash flow management, enhancing operational workflows, and maintaining compliance. The position also offers future opportunities to expand into Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, contributing to the overall cash lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of P2P processes within GEP Smart and Oracle EBS.
• Own the product roadmap for cash outflow (P2P) and cash movement (Treasury) processes.
• Build and maintain relationships across Technology, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with P2P and Treasury integrations.
• Define and monitor KPIs for integrated P2P and Treasury processes.
• Lead change management initiatives to promote adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly within procure-to-pay and cash management processes.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, cash management, and Treasury.
• Proficient in managing complex projects involving multiple system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with GEP Smart, Oracle ERP solutions, or similar financial platforms.
• Demonstrated success in transforming financial or cash-related systems and processes.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in P2P, Treasury, and O2C processes.
