About the position

The Product Manager Sr. at ARGO plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation and ensuring that the product suite remains competitive in the banking and digital experience market. This position requires a deep understanding of both business and consumer needs, particularly in the context of digital banking. The Product Manager Sr. will engage with various user groups to identify future opportunities and contribute to the requirements and quality control segments of the software manufacturing process. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with multiple levels and departments within ARGO, and is expected to manage existing products and product-related projects of moderate complexity independently. In this expert-level position, the Product Manager Sr. will leverage their extensive experience in product leadership, particularly in the Branch/Digital Experience sector, to lead new software systems into the market successfully. The role demands a strong focus on compliance requirements related to business and consumer account opening, onboarding, and engagement, as well as a thorough understanding of real-time funding methods and best practices in digital banking. The candidate will be expected to stay current with technology trends and ensure that the product offerings align with market demands and customer expectations. The position is based at ARGO's corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas, and requires the candidate to be onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing projects effectively, gathering software requirements, and developing test plans and test cases. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as the Product Manager Sr. must achieve objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams, often without formal authority. This role is crucial for maintaining ARGO's reputation as a leading provider of software and analytics solutions in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in product innovation and keep the product suite competitive to market, customer, and compliance needs.
  • Engage with user groups to identify future opportunities for product development.
  • Contribute to requirements and quality control segments of the software manufacturing process.
  • Manage existing products and product-related projects of moderate complexity independently.
  • Lead new software systems into the market successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with business and consumer account opening and onboarding requirements.
  • Stay current with technology trends and best practices in digital banking.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of successful product leadership of Branch/Digital Experience for business and consumer.
  • Ten (10) years management experience within Line of Business.
  • Demonstrated success leading new and successful software systems into the market.
  • Experience with business and/or consumer account opening, inclusive of compliance requirements.
  • Experience with business and/or consumer onboarding and engagement.
  • Knowledge of business and/or consumer digital banking best practices.
  • Understanding of real-time funding and other funding methods.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science or related field is required.
  • A Master's degree in a business or technology-related field is desirable.
