The Product Manager, Standard Content plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet market and customer demands while aligning with the corporate vision and strategy. This position is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to go-to-market strategies, ensuring that content and products are delivered to meet users' needs and continue to evolve as the product matures. The Product Manager will support Nursing solutions and will be a key member of the Content team, driving initiatives that enhance product offerings based on industry research, customer interactions, and competitive analysis. In this role, the Product Manager will conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis and customer needs assessments, to identify essential product functions and features. They will create market analysis and revenue projection reports to evaluate the potential and expectations of content and products in the market. Collaboration with the Development team is essential to create detailed product designs and roadmaps for planning and staffing, ensuring that the product aligns with user needs and market demands. The Product Manager will also coordinate and conduct focus groups to gather clinician and user feedback on planned features and functions, develop and execute a customer engagement strategy, and work closely with Business Development to manage vendor and partner relationships. Identifying market potential for products, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and generating excitement for content and products across the company are also key responsibilities. The role involves participating in MEDITECH events to promote content and products, collaborating with Client Services for successful implementation and support, and working with Product Development to secure early adopters. Additionally, the Product Manager will participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and backlog grooming, while identifying and mitigating risks related to user acceptance and reviewing patient data during early adopter projects.
