About the position

The position is responsible for defining and managing product solutions that exceed customer expectations, utilizing customer insights and market trends. The role involves prioritizing features, creating product roadmaps, and overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch. The individual will engage with customers for feedback, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage a team of Product Owners to ensure product success and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and refine product vision, roadmap, and features aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Define and prioritize product features using lean and agile principles.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Focus on delivering tangible value to customers with each product release.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to guide product delivery and value.
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Owners, including hiring and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
