About the position
The Product Manager/Strategy role at Oracle involves leading a team responsible for the entire lifecycle of product development, from conception to distribution. This position requires collaboration across various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while also focusing on software architecture and product testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team that acts as the central resource for product design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing.
- Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Specify, design, and implement major changes to existing software architecture.
- Define project needs and build unit tests and unit test plans.
- Review integration and regression plans created by QA and ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related occupation.
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive results.
- Experience in complex business analytics engagements.
