About the position
As a Strategy Leader in Data, AI, and Analytics at IBM, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and transformation within the Data, AI, and Analytics portfolio. This role involves exploring new market opportunities and business models while leveraging insights from clients, markets, and competitors to inform strategic decisions. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the success of IBM's innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the Data, AI, and Analytics portfolio.
- Investigate new market opportunities and business models.
- Develop fact-based client, market, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and sales engineering teams to drive business value.
- Work with development teams in large scale scrum environments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in software development.
- Customer-centric focus on delivering business value with an understanding of the IT enterprise ecosystem.
- 3 years of experience with on-premise virtualization (Hypervisors, Storage, Network).
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales and sales engineering teams.
- Experience working with development teams in large scale scrum environments.

- Proven ability to work with large enterprise customers and executives.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts and operations from a software development perspective.

- Familiarity with the Tekton CI/CD orchestrator, especially as an open-source contributor.
