About the position

The Product Manager - Strategy at Holman is responsible for evaluating and analyzing products to ensure their suitability and market positioning. This role involves monitoring product performance, consulting with leadership to develop operational procedures, and maintaining collaborative relationships across the organization. The Product Manager will also focus on creating operational efficiencies and exploring new market opportunities for existing and new products.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating products for suitability, industry positioning, and SWOT analysis.
• Analyzing ROI calculations for projects with a focus on operational efficiencies.
• Monitoring product performance on the market to meet expectations.
• Evaluating new markets for existing products and new product opportunities.
• Consulting with leadership to create and confirm program objectives and operational procedures.
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Communicating necessary updates to management and ensuring timelines are met.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years' experience in product management, including 2+ years at a leadership level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
