About the position

The Product Manager, Stream at Cribl plays a crucial role in aligning product strategy with customer needs and company values. This position is integral to the Product Management team, which is responsible for ensuring that product delivery creates value and enhances customer adoption. The role requires collaboration across various teams, including UX, engineering, and sales, to develop optimal user experiences and drive product success in the IT, Security, and Observability markets.

Responsibilities

• Guide the product roadmap by actively engaging with the product.
• Build consensus on shared experiences and services across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with UX, guidance, and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
• Utilize data to inform product plans and identify areas for improvement.
• Align with field teams and customers to enhance product value.
• Engage continuously with customers to understand their needs and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to leverage their expertise.

Requirements

• 5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role or similar experience.
• Experience in the Enterprise Software Space.
• Experience with stream processing and optimizing data for IT and Security use cases.
• Proven track record of delivering success for large Enterprise customers with complex data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in remote-first companies.
• Background with Enterprise data products.
• Familiarity with various IT and Security tools and technologies.
• Experience with products deployed in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
