About the position

As a Product Manager, Technical at Amazon Music, you will be responsible for developing new acquisition strategies and partnerships to enhance customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create world-class subscription offerings, analyzing customer data, and defining product requirements to drive engagement and retention. You will also be tasked with drafting strategic documents, conducting experiments, and reporting on product performance to influence future investments and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Write and deliver business requirement documents and artifacts required to enable the team's development of products, features, and infrastructure.
• Maintain and continuously prioritize backlog and roadmap based on data and customers' needs.
• Write narratives to advocate for and justify product launches/changes.
• Plan and define the long-term vision of your product areas of ownership.
• Build and improve a working relationship with your partners and stakeholders.
• Contribute to and develop the team's processes/mechanisms.
• Regularly participate in stand-ups, design reviews, and other meetings with engineers, contributing to discussions to ensure a high quality bar.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing products and services.
• Experience coordinating complex products with stringent technical requirements, development cycles, and schedules.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
