About the position

ART19, an Amazon Company, is a leading audio platform that provides cutting-edge tools for on-demand hosting, distribution, ad serving, and audience measurement. We are seeking a Product Manager - Technical to own the product vision for key aspects of ART19's offerings. This role will involve defining and building new experiences across content analytics, content management, ad tech, and more, aimed at helping podcast publishers grow their audience and monetize their content. As a Product Manager at ART19, you will act as the CEO of the features you build, collaborating closely with Engineering, Project Management, Design, and other teams to set strategy, define, design, and manage all aspects of the customer experience. The successful candidate will be customer-obsessed and highly analytical, with a proven track record of defining and delivering products at scale. You will need to synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into high-quality, simple products and applications that our customers love. The ideal candidate will be able to distill a big vision into a set of features that can be launched iteratively and experimentally, while also building support for their vision by incorporating input from other creative contributors. This position requires experience in building and driving the adoption of new tools, as well as proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, and QuickSight. Familiarity with ad tech and programmatic advertising concepts is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision for key aspects of ART19's offerings.
  • Define and build new experiences across content analytics, content management, ad tech, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Design, and other teams to set strategy and manage customer experience.
  • Drive roadmap strategy and definition for product features.
  • Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to the product.
  • Manage technical products or online services effectively.
  • Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, and QuickSight.
  • Familiarity with ad tech and programmatic advertising concepts.
