About the position

The Product Manager - Technical for AWS Enterprise Support S&O is responsible for driving the roadmap strategy and defining product features. This role involves managing technical products and online services, advocating for critical customers, and contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap strategy and definition for AWS Enterprise Support S&O.
  • Manage feature delivery and assess tradeoffs of the product.
  • Build and drive adoption of new tools within the organization.
  • Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategies related to the product.
  • Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Requirements

  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, and QuickSight.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions.
