As a Product Manager - Technical I at Mastercard, you will play a pivotal role in developing business cases for new product opportunities and creating scalable, customer-centric products. This position is designed for entry-level talent and is part of the Mastercard Launch program, an 18-month initiative aimed at helping you develop essential skills and gain cross-functional work experience. You will be part of a highly collaborative product team, where you will manage and own tasks across the product life cycle, assisting in establishing and monitoring progress against key milestones in the development and implementation process. In this role, you will engage with various product lines and technologies, providing insights into the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and conducting end-to-end program analytics. You will work closely with business and engineering teams to track progress, identify dependencies and risks, and contribute to inspiring product visions derived from market and customer needs. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and measuring product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand ongoing customer needs, conducting iterative experiments to prioritize key features for product releases, and developing presentations for sales and partnership meetings. Additionally, you will define product pricing strategies, speak with customers to understand how Mastercard products impact their systems and business models, and assist in resolving operational issues.
