As a Product Manager - Technical II at Mastercard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing technology within the organization. You will act as the voice of the business customer, ensuring accountability for the product roadmap and its successful execution. In this role, you will coordinate across various stakeholders to identify feature-level development opportunities and decompose business requirements into user stories and technical specifications. You will contribute to defining the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and establish acceptance criteria for user stories. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you recommend trade-off decisions on product features based on data and insights. You will own and manage product documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for engineering teams. By leveraging user research, metrics, and competitive analysis, you will gain a deep understanding of product and business needs, informing the backlog and guiding product development. You will also coordinate with interdependent teams to align on product requirements and work closely with design teams to enhance user experience. Continuous monitoring of feature development will be essential, allowing you to make adjustments throughout the implementation process. You will prepare for product launches, monitor performance, adoption, and operational health of feature sets, and support post-launch reviews to ensure feedback is reincorporated into future iterations. Staying aligned with go-to-market plans for the feature set will be a critical aspect of your role, as will identifying and addressing any issues that may hinder timely delivery of product features.
