About the position

The Senior Product Manager role within the Global Security: Technical Security team is a high-energy position responsible for guiding various products in strategic security technologies. This role requires strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in complex environments. The successful candidate will manage multi-million-dollar projects, engage with vendors, and utilize innovative technologies to enhance physical security across retail and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership and define strategic direction for integrated enterprise-level cyber physical systems.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar projects to delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives, tracking key dates and progress.
  • Support design, build, manage, and configure physical access control and video surveillance ecosystems.
  • Engage and influence third-party vendor roadmaps.
  • Think critically and evaluate innovative technologies and use cases.
  • Configure and perform iterative testing of large populations of security devices.
  • Craft polished PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
  • Perform complex reporting data analysis and present results.
  • Work with internal training partners to guide updates to job aides and operating procedures.
  • Support Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks, maintaining KPIs and providing evidence of control completion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience with project, program, and/or product management, ideally in Technical Security.
  • Aptitude to multi-task and learn new software, hardware, and processes quickly.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in transforming business needs into custom software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of physical security technology systems (Access Control, Video Systems, Intrusion Detection) and basic IT networking.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project, as well as SQL or similar database tools.
  • Experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a technology-related field.
