About the position

The Digital Product Manager for Talent Attraction and Awareness at JPMorgan Chase plays a crucial role in innovating and managing the product life cycle for marketing automation and talent attraction products. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing AI to enhance marketing strategies and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong technical and analytical background, capable of driving product development and ensuring high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers functionality at scale for Marketing Automation, leveraging internal and external tools and partnerships.
  • Understands business needs and applies expertise to drive solutions that meet objectives.
  • Collaborates with engineering to execute and oversee the product development lifecycle.
  • Works closely with business, technology, and third-party vendors to manage an evolving roadmap.
  • Enhances digital experiences and delivers impactful marketing strategies.
  • Utilizes AI in marketing for audience targeting, lead generation, personalization, and more.
  • Identifies and evaluates AI use cases in customer support.
  • Conducts proof-of-concept projects to validate solutions.
  • Designs and implements AI-powered solutions for customer support challenges.
  • Collaborates with engineering and product teams for efficient AI operations.
  • Builds AI use cases to enhance AdTech solutions for improved digital marketing efficiency.
  • Develops privacy-first data solutions for cross-functional support.
  • Creates capabilities for delivering personalized messages across channels.
  • Develops and maintains product roadmaps, implementations, and backlogs.
  • Manages vendor relationships and product integration requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience collaborating with UX design and research, and running a rigorous experimentation plan.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a product team.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to articulate at the right level of detail to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and risks with calmness and diligence.
  • Experienced in agile practices, methodology, and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Sprinklr).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, working with business, design, engineering, and marketing to drive innovation.
  • Experience using data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Experience with consumer digital marketing, including Email & SMS direct marketing, CRM, CDP, loyalty, site personalization, and tag management platforms.
