About the position

The Product Manager for Data and Cyber Security will be responsible for creating and managing a new cyber product from the ground up, focusing on data security, governance, and data leakage prevention. This role requires a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who can thrive in a dynamic environment without direct supervision. The position involves collaboration with clients in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a new cyber product from inception to launch.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in data security and cyber security.
• Work proactively in a dynamic environment without direct supervision.
• Utilize knowledge of data security, governance, and DLP to inform product development.
• Engage in market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cyber security space.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in data security, email security, or cyber security.
• Proven track record of building a product from the ground up.
• Background as a Security Engineer, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and data leakage prevention.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools in product management.
• Familiarity with the MSP client base and their security needs.
