About the position

The Product Manager for Workday (PSA) at Baker Tilly will lead the definition and prioritization of user stories to create a comprehensive product backlog that aligns with customer requirements and business objectives. This role involves addressing queries from the functional team regarding user requirements and ensuring clear communication within the product team. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives and continuous improvement of the Workday environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the top tier support lead for the Workday environment at Baker Tilly, responsible for operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday PSA module.
  • Drive continuous feature adoption and optimization opportunities by assessing releases for benefits to Baker Tilly's application.
  • Oversee bi-annual releases, including review, testing, and implementation, and communicate product release information to functional teams.
  • Manage a team of Business Process Analysts to ensure successful delivery of Workday functionality aligned with the firm roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop ongoing training plans and enhance user awareness of product improvements.
  • Work with support teams to establish a consistent feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Professional Services Industry experience with Workday Professional Service Automation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience required.
  • Proven experience in product management or a related role with a strong record of accomplishment in defining and delivering products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product initiatives.

  • Agile - Scrum experience.
