About the position

The position involves leading the Workday Product team at Baker Tilly, focusing on defining and prioritizing user stories to create a comprehensive product backlog for the PSA module. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that user requirements are met and that product initiatives are successfully executed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the top tier support lead for the Workday environment at Baker Tilly.
  • Responsible for overall operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday PSA module.
  • Drive continuous feature adoption and identify opportunities for optimization based on product innovations.
  • Assess bi-annual releases to determine their impact on the Baker Tilly environment and communicate product release information to functional teams.
  • Oversee a team of Business Process Analysts to ensure effective execution of product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday and its functionalities.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders including firm leadership and functional teams.
  • Ability to define and prioritize user stories effectively.
