About the position

The Product Manager for Workday (PSA) at Baker Tilly will lead the definition and prioritization of user stories to create a comprehensive product backlog that aligns with customer requirements and business objectives. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including firm leadership and functional teams, to ensure that user stories meet customer needs and contribute to the overall success of the Workday product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the top tier support lead for the Workday environment at Baker Tilly, responsible for overall operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday PSA module.
  • Drive continuous feature adoption and identify opportunities for optimization by assessing releases for their benefits to Baker Tilly.
  • Oversee bi-annual releases, including review, testing, and implementation, to determine their impact on the Baker Tilly environment and communicate product release information to functional teams.
  • Manage a team of Business Process Analysts to ensure successful delivery of Workday functionality aligned with the firm roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday, particularly the PSA module.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders including firm leadership and functional teams.
  • Ability to define and prioritize user stories effectively.
