About the position

Ema is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI technology aimed at enhancing employee productivity and creativity. This hybrid role involves defining product strategy, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the product development lifecycle to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and define user personas.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver user-friendly products.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support for successful product launches.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track performance post-launch.
• Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, or other project management platforms.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience working with APIs and technical teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and user research methodologies.
