About the position

The role is responsible for the project delivery of digital channels focused on traditional banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and leading projects in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Sr. Program/Project Manager for Digital Banking. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail, as the candidate will manage various digital programs and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs/projects from request through production to delivery, including scheduling and attending review meetings, analyzing feedback, and gaining approvals from all stakeholders including go-to-market and executive teams
  • Balance trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints; gaining consensus across stakeholders along the way
  • Provide internal and cross-functional team status updates to create alignment and manage expectations
  • Manage digital programs to ensure successful delivery of various product launches
  • Update and maintain production trackers to centralize all deliverables for projects
  • Partner with assigned product lead and team to support execution against strategy and product/pilot roadmap
  • Serve as product liaison in supporting product lead and team in cross-tech and cross-partner meetings, pulling appropriate tech partners and product together with expectation of being able to pull meetings together and conclude next steps and follow ups to ensure delivery remains on track and continues to align with overall product vision
  • Plan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projects
  • Ensure the quality and consistency across all projects is consistent with brand guidelines
  • Track updated accomplishments, KPIs, key issues and/or change controls, establish and lead working group meetings
  • Create weekly project/program status and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total professional experience including leading digital programs/program
  • Direct experience leading projects/programs to enhance and expand the customer experience capabilities of an organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a diverse work culture
  • Results oriented, combined with strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
  • Excel at resolving conflicts and driving action within and across teams and functions
  • Working experience with agile methodologies & tools
  • Demonstrated experience aligning cross functional teams with a methodology, workplan, timeline and execution plan
  • Management experience tracking programs/projects from start to finish
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to solve project problems and obtain consensus
  • Experience working with product management teams
  • Successful track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership within large enterprises and startups to resolve diverse project challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to tailor communications to the audience, from senior executive to program team member
  • Passion for building something new, working across boundaries to drive change and helping others succeed
  • Degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or in a related discipline
