About the position

The Product Manager at NICE will play a crucial role in defining the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the NICE ContactEngine solution. This position involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders across different regions, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, to ensure the product meets market needs and client expectations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, market analysis, and strong communication skills to advocate for the product and drive its success in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for NICE ContactEngine solution.
  • Develop market product positioning and product requirements based on client, competitive, technical, and market information.
  • Champion the product within NICE and to clients, influencing cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical ownership.
  • Facilitate collaborative meetings to research and document product development ideas and concepts across multiple departments.
  • Plan, document, and communicate new product developments and improvements, including revenue opportunity documents and launch plans.
  • Perform analyses to aid in decision-making regarding feature improvements and new feature developments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and serve as the reference point for knowledge of relevant products in the competition.
  • Participate in client-facing sales meetings, events, and user conferences as a product expert.
  • Communicate the value of ContactEngine solutions to a wide range of audiences, including internal employees and external clients.
  • Assist with the development of functional/technical design for product features and functions.
  • Design and develop product demonstration scenarios within the application.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience with software product management, professional services, or in another relevant role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a persuasive advocate for client needs with negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably across all levels of corporate structure.
  • Experience working with sales executives and assisting with opportunities as a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and combine different perspectives.
  • Evidence-based/data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Communications industry experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with generative AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with interaction analytics in contact centers.
