The Senior Product Owner/Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves gathering, managing, and prioritizing market and customer requirements while acting as the customer advocate to articulate the user's and/or buyer's needs. The Senior Product Owner/Product Manager works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. The position requires technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise and involves defining market needs and articulating the valuable market problems being solved. Additionally, the role includes running beta and pilot programs, regularly reviewing completed work in Agile environments, and ensuring that products meet customer expectations.
