About the position

The Product Manager at Fiserv will be responsible for scoping, building, testing, rolling out, and growing Carat products specifically for the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) channel. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create a cohesive offering for ISV clients, focusing on both immediate and long-term product needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from sales, strategy teams, and solution consultants across multiple technology stacks and define the product specifications with engineering and enterprise product leadership.
• Drive collaboration across product and key cross-functional partners (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing, commercialization).
• Partner with product leads to set annual growth targets and define key initiatives.
• Become an expert in our tech stacks, functionality, ISV client needs, and regional differences while also being able to take a step back to identify new product opportunities.
• Work with ISV strategy to synthesize anecdotal, quantitative, and qualitative inputs to tell a compelling, streamlined, and comprehensive story.
• Consistently and autonomously lead workstreams to commercial success that cross multiple teams and products.

Requirements

• High School graduate/GED
• Familiarity with development and analytical tools (Postman and Tableau)
• 5 years experience in product, corporate strategy and development, payments, investment banking and/or private equity.

• Experience building technology solutions at an ISV or a company that supports ISV's.
