About the position

The Product Manager will be a key member of the Operations Team, specifically supporting the Product Launch Readiness (PLR) team within a leading technology company. This role involves leading execution in operations, supply chain, and project management, while also driving innovation and process improvements to enhance sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution in the areas of operations, supply chain, program, and/or project management
• Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact
• Identify process improvement/change management opportunities and drive solutions from conception through implementation
• Develop and utilize analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions
• Drive innovation opportunities within the supply chain aimed towards achieving Sustainability and eco-friendly goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading execution in the areas of operations, supply chain, program, and/or project management
• Consistent record of leading diverse, complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities and tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
• Confidence in managing and navigating ambiguity successfully
