About the position

The Product Manager at Brightway will play a crucial role in transforming the Engagement Center, which handles over 100,000 interactions monthly. This position focuses on reimagining outdated processes and driving the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to articulate a product vision that aligns with business goals, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Lead the product development process in an Agile environment, including defining user stories and ensuring timely delivery of product increments.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback to inform product decisions and improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with engagement center leadership, engineering, UX, analytics, and finance to ensure aligned business requirements and seamless product development.
• Define and track OKRs to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Present product updates and vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering digital products.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business and financial concepts.
• Understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
