About the position

The Product Manager at Bosch Group is responsible for driving the strategy and product roadmap for the Dremel DIY tools segment. This role involves understanding market landscapes and user insights to innovate and develop new product ideas, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive forward strategy and product roadmap of Dremel DIY tools product segment.
• Understand market landscape and user insights to drive forward new product ideas.
• Define new categories Dremel will enter while driving innovation and new product ideas.
• Lead and manage the roadmap of DIY categories including oscillating tools and Mini saws.
• Work closely with the UX team to identify market gaps and facilitate new product ideation sessions.
• Lead, motivate, and provide direction to cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate recommendations for the category and report direction to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in new product development defining product roadmaps and working closely with engineering to design products.
• 3+ years of experience in defining category or product segment strategy.
• Marketing or Engineering degree preferred.
