About the position

The Product Manager at Linqia will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and vision for the company's AI-driven influencer marketing platform. This position involves collaborating with senior product members and cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive innovation in product development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior product members and leadership to develop overall product strategy and define vision, roadmap, and goals.
  • Contribute to cost/benefit and ROI analysis for product planning.
  • Identify and write detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
  • Research and monitor existing client base, industry trends, and developments to identify potential new product opportunities.
  • Prioritize potential initiatives based on alignment with business strategy and value to users.
  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Maintain feature backlog and communicate status and issues to the team.
  • Create and maintain release documentation and drive operational readiness for feature rollout.
  • Use and learn the product deeply.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Passion for improving customer experience through innovation and simplicity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on a SaaS-based platform.
  • Experience in ad/mar-tech.
