About the position

The Product Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) will lead the planning, launch, and marketing of innovative power solutions within the Critical Power Solutions Division. This role requires strategic vision and collaboration across teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet market demands and customer needs. The Product Manager will drive product development from concept to market, ensuring MEPPI's solutions remain competitive in the critical power industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation by identifying and developing CPSD products that align with market needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and customer expectations.
• Craft compelling business cases for new product and service investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and resolve challenges.
• Develop product content for various media platforms.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to roll out products and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Design and execute product-focused lead generation campaigns with the marketing team.
• Maintain the price book and ensure product configurations are accurate.
• Lead customer webinars and present at industry events.
• Support sales and application engineering teams with necessary tools and knowledge.
• Analyze reports and financials to monitor sales goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the product lifecycle from launch to enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven success in industrial sales and marketing for technical capital goods and services.
• Sharp analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Top-tier communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with effective cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Masterful multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
