About the position

Clozd is seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision and execution in a fast-paced startup environment. The role involves defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's software solutions for win-loss analysis, driving adoption, and impacting client organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and gather insights to identify market trends and customer pain points.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Oversee the development process, ensuring on-time, quality delivery of features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and gathering input to refine product strategy.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success.
  • Quickly address challenges or roadblocks in the product lifecycle, offering innovative solutions to keep the team moving forward.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute strategies for product launches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong proficiency in modern web technologies and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making without direct authority.
  • Experience managing complex software projects, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to dive deep into problems with software engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven, defensible decisions.
  • Strong user research skills with an ability to empathize with and advocate for end-users.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field; an MBA is preferred, but not required.
