About the position

The IT Product Manager will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Power Platforms for Insight Global's largest financial service client. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and other Product Owners to align on priorities and achieve portfolio objectives. The individual will oversee delivery to ensure timely outcomes and drive continual service improvement based on data, metrics, and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Power Platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Align priorities with other Product Owners to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Maintain oversight on delivery to ensure timely and relevant outcomes.
• Drive continual service improvement based on data, metrics, and user feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience managing large-scale product rollouts.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft 365 Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Power Platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working at a large financial institution.
• Background in capital markets.
