About the position

The Product Manager at Milestone & Co LLC is responsible for driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Tech Team. This role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing projects, and ensuring user adoption and performance metrics are met. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, coordinate resources, and guide the team through key milestones, all while maintaining a focus on user experience and product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant short and long-term opportunities for Pathway, driving the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps to meet organizational goals.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across the organization.
• Plan, initiate, and manage projects for Pathway and adjacent applications, including roadmap and timeline definition.
• Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers, maintaining team health.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of Pathway, using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct user experience research to identify critical features, gaps, and improvements.
• Engage directly with user groups to understand user activity and identify pain points.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and ensure project deliverables meet business needs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in product management and/or Product Design
• 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams
• Understanding of banking, specifically traditional and digital payments
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
