About the position

The Program Manager for Talent Acquisition Technology will play a crucial role in enhancing recruitment processes by collaborating with various teams to design and implement innovative tools. This position focuses on driving efficiency and improving the employee experience within the Talent Acquisition sector, ensuring that the organization can attract and retain top talent effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates.
  • Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
  • Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPM's) and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution.
  • Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition sector.
  • Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades and patches.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers on the TA Technology team to execute against deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years administering or supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) tools (e.g., Oracle, iCIMs, SHL, Beamery).
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams.
