About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Subscriptions team. This role is pivotal in defining and managing customer experience workflows to ensure a seamless and engaging subscription journey for our customers. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction, drive subscription growth, and improve customer retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize end-to-end customer experience workflows for Subscriptions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey from sign-up to renewal.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user research, and utilize data analytics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, and customer support teams to implement and refine workflows.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business value.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer experience initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, including personalized engagement tactics and loyalty programs.
  • Design and execute initiatives to boost customer engagement, such as targeted communications and community-building activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously improve the subscription experience.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, preparing and delivering presentations to senior management.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs are considered in decision-making processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful implementation of customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Ability to write technical specifications and product requirement documents.
  • Past Product Manager experience involving UX/UI.
  • Proficiency in market research and understanding customer needs.
  • Ownership and ability to lead initiatives end to end.
  • Ability to prioritize product features that drive maximum impact with minimal resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical background; past experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or Technical Program Manager.
  • Experience in subscriptions.
  • Experience with A/B or multi-variate testing, AI/ML testing experience.
