About the position

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the product's vision and creating road maps that reflect this vision. This role involves data-driven analysis to inform product strategy and design, as well as collaboration with designers to ensure an intuitive user experience across mobile and web platforms. The Product Manager will also drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and the leadership team to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own your product's destiny and create road maps for the team to reflect this vision.
• Create data-driven analyses that will help inform product strategy, functional requirements, and product design.
• Work closely with our designer to create an intuitive, elegant mobile and web experience.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and the leadership team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science or equivalent).
• Hands-on software engineering experience is a plus.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience in A/B testing at both small and large scales.
• Expertise in data analysis with the ability to draw insights from complex data.
• Technical expertise with the ability to question and understand software implementation decisions.
• Strong user empathy and intuition around usability/visual design.
• Strong track record of successfully launching software products from concept to reality on a large scale.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity.
• Passionate curiosity to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development, and industry knowledge.
• Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Additional experience delivering highly successful creative consumer Internet products is a plus.
