About the position

The Product Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of products or features, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical skills, and customer advocacy to deliver innovative products that drive growth and enhance customer experiences. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct market research, define product requirements, and manage the product roadmap, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer insights and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

  • Owns product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scope.
  • Creates, manages, maintains, and communicates product vision and strategy.
  • Identifies target customers for existing or future products and drives end user product research.
  • Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities.
  • Demonstrates rapid hypothesis-driven testing methodologies and experiments to inform direction.
  • Conducts cost-benefit analysis and competitive product analysis to support decision making.
  • Communicates, influences, and sells ideas at Director level and below.
  • Translates product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories for development teams.
  • Owns and manages product backlog and priorities with business and technology partners.
  • Collaborates with partners and development teams to create and communicate anticipated release schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with Leadership, employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data.
  • Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.
  • Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
  • Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories.
