About the position

The Product Manager Antimicrobial Protection (PM) within the Vascular Commercial Marketing Team at Teleflex is responsible for leading and managing the portfolio of products containing Chlorhexidine Technologies. This role focuses on building awareness of Teleflex's antimicrobial products and serving as a trusted resource for customers regarding Hospital-Onset Bacteremia and Fungemia (HOB) bloodstream infection surveillance measures. The PM will define, develop, and implement marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication of the portfolio's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Teleflex Center for Antimicrobial Protection (TCAP) messaging strategy and communications
  • Lead all aspects of commercial marketing for the Arrow® Brand of antimicrobial products
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Hospital-Onset Bacteremia and Fungemia (HOB)
  • Stay informed and network within the infection prevention community
  • Build a strong relationship with the Sales Force to ensure understanding and execution of HOB strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales Training team to educate on HOB
  • Support cross-functional development of annual marketing plans
  • Conduct and implement market research methods to capture customer needs
  • Support and lead aspects of promotion including digital tool creation and demand generation campaigns
  • Develop and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships
  • Generate and track leads through focused targeting campaigns
  • Adhere to Teleflex Code of Ethics and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager

Requirements

  • 4 year degree
  • 3-5 years professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or public relations
  • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably healthcare or medical device
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Expertise in communicating with key stakeholders
  • Out-of-box thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
