About the position

As a Product Manager at Vertafore, you will be responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap for the ReferenceConnect product. This role involves both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including defining product vision, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in aligning development teams with business objectives and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for the ReferenceConnect product.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
• Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on key business metrics.
• Recommend pricing structure changes to optimize pricing without increasing customer churn.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategy with business goals.
• Manage the pricing infrastructure for accurate and efficient implementation.
• Create and maintain a product backlog of features and user stories, ensuring they are prioritized and well-prepared.
• Partner with Go-To-Market and Product Operations teams for successful product launches.
• Communicate product roadmap and vision internally and externally.
• Engage with customers for feedback and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex concepts.
• Experience in Agile software practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and select methods to obtain solutions.
