About the position

The Product Manager at Wild Marketing Group - Global Division will lead a cross-functional development team to innovate and expand product offerings in the home improvement sector. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, developing product roadmaps, and managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new product opportunities for assigned categories and define market potential and product positions.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights via Voice of the Customer (VOC), market research, and technology trends to support product development.
  • Lead internal teams and external vendors to develop products that meet customer needs, cost targets, schedules, and quality levels.
  • Develop and maintain competitive landscape intelligence including market trends and competitors.
  • Build and maintain an ongoing product roadmap.
  • Optimize vendor relationships and manage product lead times and quality-related issues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date product information database with accurate specifications and manufacturing processes.
  • Create and deliver product training materials for Customer Service and Sales teams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
  • Anticipate business challenges and recommend improvements.
  • Drive the full New Product Development (NPD) process from ideation to launch.
  • Translate product vision into detailed performance requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering and vendor teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Prioritize features based on business and customer impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and product categories simultaneously.
  • Consumer product background, with B2B experience at major US retailers preferred.
  • Experience with Stage/Phase Gate product development principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with the cabinet industry is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of international freight and logistics is a plus.
