About the position

As a Product Manager at Crowe, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's Large Language Models platform, ensuring that Generative AI solutions align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional value. You will collaborate with technical teams, facilitate communication between business units, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Responsibilities

• Establish product requirements for Crowe's Large Language Models platform.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI-driven products.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to align client needs with product development.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units for cohesive product strategies.
• Work with change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions.
• Lead the creation and refinement of user personas to understand customer needs.
• Establish a framework for assessing and enhancing product features.
• Utilize communication skills to articulate product visions to stakeholders.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in leading product management in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong influencing skills to garner support for product initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in rapidly evolving industries.
• Proven experience in autonomously leading people and products to success.
• A genuine excitement for new technologies, especially in AI and data science.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing machine learning or AI solutions as part of an enterprise-grade product.
• Experience working in development platforms such as Github or Gitlab.
• Background or strong interest in data science and machine learning.
