About the position

The Product Marketing Associate role at Morgan Stanley focuses on supporting the Investment Solutions Marketing Team in enhancing Financial Advisor and client engagement with the firm's Advisory platform. This position involves executing marketing strategies, creating marketing assets, and collaborating with various teams to drive business outcomes and improve marketing efficacy.

Responsibilities

  • Build & manage relationships with sales and business teams to create marketing strategies that engage Financial Advisors, recruits, clients, and prospects.
  • Support development and execution of cohesive marketing and communications strategies across internal and external channels.
  • Create and maintain client/prospect and advisor-facing marketing assets including emails, presentations, brochures, videos, website content, events, and social media posts.
  • Facilitate reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, Legal and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with key partners at all levels of seniority to drive and execute initiatives across various departments.
  • Manage asset development and deployment with Creative teams, Marketing Operations, and/or external vendors.
  • Develop, track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics.
  • Assist with senior management reporting and develop slides to articulate marketing efforts and accomplishments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and tactically to help drive business outcomes
  • Strong organization, project management, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with PowerPoint to synthesize marketing strategies visually
  • Intermediate skills in Excel for measuring marketing impact
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, flexible team player who contributes positively to team culture.
