About the position

The Product Marketing and Dealer Support Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of training programs within a global automotive manufacturing company. This hybrid position involves managing training initiatives, analyzing metrics, and supporting sales teams to align marketing operations with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage training programs to boost participation, learning outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and support training content and outreach initiatives.
  • Analyze metrics and generate reports for management insights.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and Directors with training access and custom reports.
  • Coordinate dealer events and liaise with external agencies for support materials.
  • Assist in collateral and point-of-purchase production.
  • Oversee the Driven program rewards and fulfillment.
  • Build relationships with internal staff and dealers to support team goals.
  • Align marketing operations with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce CRM or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel (10-15% of the time).
