About the position

The Product Marketing and Enablement Manager at Everspin Technologies is responsible for driving the adoption of MRAM products by establishing partnerships and creating reference designs that highlight the unique benefits of MRAM technology. This role involves developing marketing strategies, enabling the sales team, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deployment and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value propositions of collaborative partnerships.
  • Use digital marketing methods and campaigns to build awareness across all marketing channels.
  • Provide the sales team with necessary tools and information to effectively turn reference designs into design wins.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
  • Build complete reference design packages with application knowledge, tools, software support, and deployment paths to end customers.
  • Engage with partners to gather feedback and insights on their products and align on specific segments and applications.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for each project.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and product management, to ensure successful deployment of reference designs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Monitor the progress of each partnership using basic program management principles.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor products with a focus on embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of memory systems and connectivity to compute elements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create sales collateral in conjunction with partners.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Market application analysis and competitive analysis skills.
  • Ability to create value added or differentiation for MRAM products.
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
