The role is designed for entry-level candidates and offers a hybrid work schedule after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BingePass team in prioritizing vendors and their titles for promotion across various channels.
• Curate and create promotions for libraries and patrons.
• Collaborate with team members to drive sales and improve category quality.
• Manage project timelines and assign tasks using Jira.
• Drive product launches from inception to completion.
• Assist in developing promotional materials.
• Work with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency in messaging and imagery.
• Interface with vendors in a support role.
• Upload collections, titles, and marketing assets to the website.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of the hoopla website for errors and inform IT of necessary updates.
• Gather and analyze data to make marketing recommendations and decisions.
• Conduct special projects as required by the lead/manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, library science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read/review publications for relevant title and industry information.
• Solid research skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
