Veeva Systems is seeking an exceptional product marketing leader to drive the promotion of the Veeva Vault CRM Suite, a pioneering customer engagement solution tailored for the life sciences industry. This role is critical in refining and scaling marketing efforts to support Veeva's growth and enhance customer success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex, multi-product enterprise software marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position offers the flexibility to work from home or in the office, allowing you to thrive in your preferred setting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners across Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Product teams. You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and annual planning process for the Vault CRM Suite in partnership with field marketing. Your expertise will be essential in creating go-to-market programs for new products, buyers, and market segments. You will actively engage in precision questioning to develop compelling product messaging and positioning, and lead global cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of thought leadership and sales enablement content that aligns with Vault CRM objectives. Working with the CRM product marketing team, you will maintain a library of sales tools, including customer presentations and competitive materials. As a leader, you will mentor the CRM product marketing team and serve as a role model for the broader Commercial Marketing team. You will also partner with field marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate buyer-oriented messages to targeted audiences.
