As the Product Marketing Director at DSS, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in aligning our product strategy with effective sales and marketing tactics to drive success and achieve outstanding results. Your extensive experience in US Healthcare product marketing, particularly in acute care, mental health, and behavioral health across both commercial and state markets, will be key to your success in this role. You will leverage your deep knowledge of major EHR systems in Acute Care, Ambulatory, and Behavioral Health to inform and guide our marketing strategies, enhancing product positioning and market relevance. Understanding the patient journey and healthcare models will be essential to tailor our marketing efforts effectively. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Sales and the Director of Juno Health Marketing to ensure the smooth integration of product information from Product Operations and to develop innovative programs that drive demand. You will collaborate regularly with Product Line Managers, the Director of Product Management, and the VP of Product Operations to achieve our goals. Your responsibilities will include developing product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas, conducting market intelligence to understand our buyers and their key buying criteria, and assessing the competitive landscape to inform our strategies. You will also be responsible for developing a marketing plan with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. Planning the launches of new products and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan will be crucial, as will acting as a thought leader for Juno Health externally, including speaking engagements and written works. Additionally, you will support Public Relations activities and understand and support our sales channels by training them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users. This role requires a strong focus on assessing the effectiveness of marketing programs and making necessary adjustments based on ongoing evaluations.
